It's a bomb ticking...

There are those situations that seem to hound me time and time again. First off yes MY WHEEL FELL OFF & not while stationary, but with Julie in the car & just before a Great Ocean Rd trip.

Anyways it's all good now Bob Jane put em in properley with fitting spacers & nuts. But my wheel rim was totally scraped out. So much for the new spray job.
It's Bob Jane Z1's 195/50/15 with fresh sprayed matte black.
Woe ridiculous shit happens to me all the time & also got a parking fine yesterday, they have changed city parking till 7:30pm now :(
I sold my wheels to the guys who screwed me over's friend for $600.
Also have put in the back seat but needs a lil tlc and only for looks cuz the back will sag. I didnt want the metal plate cuz I wanted light.
Also have buffed up my new (used) spoiler ready for fitting.
For now the CRX needs a service & next will be coilovers or koni's methinks.
Also got a job at JustCar (how related).

Stupid Car

The stupid car had it's wheels changed to some gay black ones because it got screwed over with a mag wheel sale. Then the stupid crx black wheel went flat at 4am at Footscray Rd (hour away from house). CJ got home at 7am after bf and her went back to the house to collect stupid old mag and stupid key for lock nut.
The stupid CRX has a stupid light which says 'check' on the gauge cluster since alternator was changed, this means that there is something wrong with stupid CRX's engine.
Also stupid bucket seats wont fit, holes are either too narrow or far. Oh I'm speaking as a third person in case you stupidly didn't know.
Oh and I installed some of the back seat, the rest has been cut, back seats just need a bit of trim and stretched a bit. I'll get more pics of the changes made soon.

Eeek my Alternator broke, A Cruise & Pretty bits!

Installed the CAI last week, was simple except for some annoyances & the fact that it was dark & really need some tools. Then took it for a test, it's noticably louder & a touch faster. BUT it broke down, just died on the way back from Jen's :(
Typical the next day was the CRX cruise which I went crx-less in Louis's Del Sol (vtec yo). It was ruled down to the main-relay needing re-soldering or an un-plugged plug thing from the starter motor.
BUT NO... RACV came to save my butt a few days later (twas left in the next block) & it was found that it had a faulty (dying) alternator. RACV replaced it with a brand spanking new one for $300 :( but they do great job!
Here are some pics of my new stuff, damn horn was a bitch to get working today, was working then not, then beeped when I turned but I compromised & it only works when the wheel is straight. Enuff pretty bits, time for POWER!
Oh yeah bloody spoiler will have to be sold, twas for a Del-dol damnit!
Also pulled out the front seats, damn stock rails are too short for the Cobra buckets so I'll have to go Bunning's & get some steel then drill some holes. That is after folio's all done.
Ha I also ordered a crxaustralia hoodie (oh lameo.. I know) & duh bitches I got the female one.

Holiday Project: Get my steel & get em drilled, get some foam, re-spray the crappy grey bits on the body & spoiler too.

Cobra Bucket Seats

The back seat is rusted through & disgusting smelling so it's time for a new interior. Being jobless & poor I'm going to re-use some of the mini interior.
It's so wierd that the mini interior is like too big for the crx but I'm going to modify it to fit. Started tear apart both interiors and will need new foam & maybe a metal plate for the back.

Also ordered a Cold Air Intake System with a 3A Filter off ebay for about $100.

The Car

Bought my CRX in late Feb & it was pretty much stock. It's a JDM Si version, 1.6 D16a8.
There were some minor issues with it such as: Back seat was not complete & so rusty. Also the door trims were really faded, rev pointer is loose and a few squeaks.
To update I did clean the back seats of the rust but it was too bad and recently eaten through the vinyl. Also have added a Momo steering wheel which needs replacing as it's stuffed, some aftermarket pedals & a gear knob.
Also added a Pioneer Sound System.
